Pioneering Sustainable Agriculture Across Africa

At Amirez Farms, we are dedicated to ambitious and impactful agricultural projects that will transform food production across Africa. Our initiatives focus on sustainability, quality, and scalability, ensuring that we can meet the growing demands of our continent while promoting environmental stewardship.

Project 1:

Large-Scale Plantain Cultivation

We are planting 900,000 plantains on one of our farms located an hour away from Yaoundé, close to Awae. This project will enable us to supply plantains to Cameroon, Republic of Congo, Gabon, Central African Republic, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, and Nigeria. Our focus on organic farming practices ensures that these plantains are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, promoting healthier and more sustainable produce.

Project 2:

Cassava Plantation and Processing

We are planting over 500 hectares of cassava, which will be processed into various products, including garri and cassava flour. This project aims to enhance food security and provide affordable food options, supporting both local and regional markets. Our cassava farming practices are designed to be environmentally friendly and economically viable, contributing to the local economy and creating job opportunities.

Project 3:

Chicken Layers and Egg Production

We are launching a chicken layers facility with a capacity of 60,000 layers, estimated to produce 55,000 to 57,000 trays of eggs per month. In addition to egg production, we will also sell chickens for food after the end of their laying cycles. This project will ensure a steady supply of high-quality eggs and poultry, supporting nutrition and food security in the region.

Project 4:

Pig Farming Expansion

We are establishing a production center with a capacity of 500 pigs per month, totaling 6,000 pigs per year. This expansion will enhance our ability to supply quality pork products, contributing to the diverse food options available to our customers. Our pig farming practices emphasize animal welfare and sustainable methods, ensuring healthy and ethically raised livestock.

Project 5:

Hass Avocado Farm

We are launching a 500-hectare Hass avocado farm. This project will contribute to our range of high-quality produce, providing nutritious avocados to meet the growing demand in both local and international markets. Our avocado farming is committed to sustainability, using practices that conserve water, protect soil health, and minimize environmental impact.

Through these projects, Amirez Farms is committed to nourishing Africa with affordable, nutritious, and sustainably produced food. Join us as we grow and expand, making a positive impact on the continent’s agricultural landscape.
